Playing time
The match time in the group phase is 2 x15 minutes. The final game is 2 x 20 minutes. The games will be held in a 40 minutes frequency. The interval between the first and second period is 2 minutes.
Referees
High quality and a maximum of fun on the court demands on fine Referees, therefore we try to engage the best referees who will umpire all the games of FFC.
Match secretary
The secretary is organized by the FFC-Staff, therefore you'll have all the time to concentrate on Floorball.
Match rules
1. We play according to the valid IFF-rules. The only intended exceptions are:
- No effective time measurement; the time will not be stopped when the ball is out of play. Exceptions may be decided by the referees. In the final the last 3 minutes will be effective time.
- No team time-out
2. The match protocol must be filled in with capital letters and handed over to the match secretary 5 minutes before the game.
3. In the case of two teams having the same dress colours the one which is listed as the away team in the official match schedule is obliged to change at least the shirts.
4. If your team is not ready to start playing in time it will become handicapped by 1 goal per minute delay. 5 minutes after the official game start you will lose the game 5-0, so please be there on time!
5. Tying a game after regular playing time in a playoff game will lead directly to a penalty shootout. Three field players from each team shall take one penalty shot each. If the score after this is still equal, the same players shall take one penalty shot each until a decisive result is achieved.
6. The standings in a group are determined based on:
- number of points (2 for win, 1 for tie), if equal;
- difference of goals +/-, if equal;
- goals scored in total, if equal;
- result of direct match between the teams, if equal;
- drawn decision by the organisation
7. The games will be played according to official IFF rules if not mentioned otherwise in the above rules. This also means according to new changes that the ball can not intentionally be passed to your own goalkeeper.
8. In situations where none of the above rules apply the tournament jury has the right to decide.
Warm Up
There will not be any opportunity to warm up on the floorball ground (except for the final matches) and warming up before every match will therefore have to take place next to the ground or outside the hall.
Match schedule
The organisers have the right to change the published match schedule. In this case a notice will be given to each team leader which are affected by the change.
Tournament Jury
will be announced soon
